Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchange Policy

  • If you received the wrong item, size, or color, we’ll happily exchange it free of cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is not available, you may choose another product of equal value.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or delivery errors.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
