Eligibility for Exchange or Return
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Exchange Policy
- If you received the wrong item, size, or color, we’ll happily exchange it free of cost.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is not available, you may choose another product of equal value.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or delivery errors.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
